SCHEDULING/
RESCHEDULING POLICY
We plan our dinners and events around fresh ingredients, kitchen space, and the sometimes-chaotic reality of running small, chef-led gatherings.
Because of that, we might need to shift start times or move an event to a different date every once in a while.
If a scheduling adjustment is required, guests will be notified as soon as possible and offered:
-
A new event date, or
-
A full refund, if the new date does not work for them.
We make every effort to keep our schedule consistent, but sometimes unforeseen circumstances intervene.
REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS
All ticket purchases for events, community dinners, and classes are final. Because ingredients are purchased in advance and seating is limited, we are unable to offer refunds for cancellations or no-shows.
You may transfer your ticket to another person at no additional cost.
In the rare case that an event is canceled by the chef (illness, emergency, venue issue), guests will receive either:
-
A full refund, or
-
The option to transfer their ticket to a rescheduled date.
We appreciate your understanding and support of small, independent culinary events.
ACCESSIBILITY
POLICY
If you have accessibility needs or require any specific accommodations to fully enjoy the experience, please reach out before purchasing a ticket.
This allows me to understand your needs and confirm whether appropriate accommodations can be made for the specific event format.
While not every need can be met for every event, I will always communicate clearly and honestly so you can make the best decision for yourself.
My goal is to create an environment where everyone feels respected, seen, and able to participate without stress. Open communication helps ensure that the experience is safe, enjoyable, and accessible whenever possible.
ALLERGIES AND
DIETARY RESTRICTIONS
I’m happy to accommodate allergies and intolerances when the menu allows.
Unfortunately some events cannot be adjusted due to the ingredients or the way the dishes are prepared. Because I cook in a small, shared kitchen, I cannot guarantee a 100% allergen-free environment for severe allergies.
If you have any allergies or dietary restrictions, please email me before purchasing a ticket. I’ll let you know honestly whether the menu can be adapted for you. No random guesswork and no surprises at the table.
Some dinners will work, some won’t, and checking ahead ensures you get the best (and safest) experience possible.
