REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS

All  purchases for events, community dinners, and classes are final. Because ingredients are purchased in advance and seating is limited, we are unable to offer refunds for cancellations or no-shows.

You may transfer your purchase to another person at no additional cost.

In the rare case that an event is canceled by the chef (illness, emergency, venue issue), guests will receive either:

  • A full refund, or

  • The option to transfer their purchase to a rescheduled date.

We appreciate your understanding and support of small, independent culinary events.

ALLERGIES AND
DIETARY RESTRICTIONS

I’m happy to accommodate allergies and intolerances when the menu allows.

Unfortunately some events cannot be adjusted due to the ingredients or the way the dishes are prepared. Because I cook in shared kitchens, I cannot guarantee a 100% allergen-free environment for severe allergies.

If you have any allergies or dietary restrictions, please email me before purchasing a ticket. I’ll let you know honestly whether the menu can be adapted for you. No random guesswork and no surprises at the table.

Some dinners will work, some won’t, and checking ahead ensures you get the best (and safest) experience possible.

Class Information

HOW SCHEDULING WORKS (NO SET DATES)
We don’t run a big public calendar. Instead, you’ll submit a request for the experience you want, and we’ll follow up to confirm details, availability, and next steps.
If you’re hoping to join a small workshop, the newsletter is the best way to catch the next release.

CLASS SIZE QUESTIONS
How many people are in a class?

Small by design. Group size depends on the format and the kitchen, but the goal stays the same: everyone gets hands-on time, coaching, and a seat at the table.
Do you publish dates?
Not always. Many experiences are scheduled by request, and occasional workshops are released in small runs.

REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS
Once your class or dinner is booked, ingredients and staffing are purchased in advance.

ACCESSIBILITY
POLICY

If you have accessibility needs or require any specific accommodations to fully enjoy the experience, please reach out before purchasing a ticket.

This allows me to understand your needs and confirm whether appropriate accommodations can be made for the specific event format.

While not every need can be met for every event, I will always communicate clearly and honestly so you can make the best decision for yourself.

My goal is to create an environment where everyone feels respected, seen, and able to participate without stress. Open communication helps ensure that the experience is safe, enjoyable, and accessible whenever possible.

SCHEDULING/
RESCHEDULING POLICY

We plan our dinners and events around fresh ingredients, kitchen space, and the sometimes-chaotic reality of running small, chef-led gatherings.

Because of that, we might need to shift start times or move an event to a different date every once in a while.

If a scheduling adjustment is required, guests will be notified as soon as possible and offered:

  • A new event date, or

  • A full refund, if the new date does not work for them.

We make every effort to keep our schedule consistent, but sometimes unforeseen circumstances intervene.

Classes at Cook’s Culinary Collective are intentionally small. Small groups. Big skill energy. That means hands-on time, plenty of coaching, and a pace that lets you actually learn (not just watch).
Most experiences are booked as private, in-home sessions for your group. A few times a season, we’ll also release limited-spot workshops.
